With over 20 years’ industry experience as a civil engineer, Mary has an engineering doctorate and has taken up roles as a principal contractor and designer, as well as in construction management throughout her career.
A natural team leader, Mary has delivered a range of construction projects across the energy, nuclear, aviation, rail, highways and water sectors in both the UK and Australia. She is also a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, and a technical author on topics including collaborative working, supply chain management and lean construction.
